  • Step 1: hover over the CTA button element, click the 'unsuscribe' on to drag and drop it onto your newsletter

  • . Step 2: in the hyperlinked field from the button settings, add the following type of link: mailto:someone@gmail.com?subject=unsubscribe. You'll just need to replace the email address 'someone@gmail...' with yours, and after the '=' sign, you can type any subject line you prefer.
    And of course, feel free to style the 'Unsubscribe ' prompt as you wish:

When a recipient clicks this button, a pre-filled email will pop up so they can just hit 'send' and/or add a message in the body if they'd like:

Recording your screen and voice to show us a bug

Please record your screen using this page so we can troubleshoot further and while you're recording open your browser console so we can see any errors. You can open the Console on Chrome by pressing simultaneously the following keys on your keyboard ctrl + shift + j if you use a PC or pressing option+ command + i if you use a Mac.

Providing your newsletter Share URL and useful details for Troubleshooting

Please send

  • Your Newsletter Share link, available from the 'Export' button > 'Copy link' :

  • a screenshot of the discrepancy and confirm it is from your email draft or a recipient's inbox. If it's the latter, please confirm the email provider and device they use.

  • And confirm which email provider you use and how you imported the newsletter, meaning do you use the ' Publish' button or our dedicated Outlook Add-in or extension, Gmail extension, or the Hubspot or Mailchimp integrations?
