How to hyperlink text and hyperlink an email address

Here's how easy it is to hyperlink text and emails

  1. Highlight the text or email address with your mouse cursor

  2. Click the hyperlink icon at the top of the inline text editor:

3. Enter your link, or if it's an email address that you'd like to hyperlink so people can email you, add a mailto type of link using the following format in the hyperlink field: mailto:youremail@yourcompany.com and make sure you replace 'youremail@yourcompany.com' with the email address you want people to message.
