Option 1: Create your table in Publicate
You can add tables from the text editor's top menu, which will pop up once you add a text row, then click the table option at the end and select the number of columns and rows that you need:
Option 2: Add your table as an image - faster if you don't need to edit the table in Publicate
That said, Publicate is geared toward newsletter creation, not spreadsheets, so if your table is already created in Excel or Google Spreadsheet and you don't need to edit it within Publicate, we recommend taking a screenshot and adding your table as an image on the newsletter. It's just faster π
There are 2 ways to add images in Publicate, as shown below. You can add images from:
the toolbar, highlighted in orange below and upload your own image (or ask AI to create one)
Or you can upload your images to your library 'Added media' tab first and drag and drop from there.
We recommend the second option since it will allow you to easily build as you go, including using multi-drag-and-drop to build newsletters in seconds! π

Option 3: Use your table Share link
Another option is to provide the share link to the document where you added the table if it's hosted online in a Google spreadsheet, for example.
