How to cancel
You can either:
send us a chat message once logged in to your account (if you don’t log in, we won’t be able to see which account needs to be canceled or to verify your identity)
OR email hello@publicate.it from the email account related to your plan (for security reasons we can’t cancel a plan if the request is sent from a different email address, see more options below)
If you no longer have access to the email you registered with, or you are not the account owner and are cancelling in the name of your company for example, you can provide the following details so that we can verify your identity and process the cancellation:
the account email address
the last charge date and amount
the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for this plan.
Our Refund Policy
Monthly subscription. If you are unsatisfied with your Publicate service, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the current billing period, provided you tell us before the current billing period has ended.
Annual subscription. If you are unsatisfied with your Publicate service, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the current billing period, provided you tell us within the first 30 days of the commencement date of the subscription.
Just need a break? You can pause your account
Email us at hello@publicate.it or chat with us once logged in so we can see your account email and we'll pause your account until you get back. It's that easy 🙌
