First of all if you're stuck with anything on Publicate, we're here to help, just open a chat window on the right and we will assist you asap 😉.
Otherwise if you want take a break or cancel here are your options:
you can cancel your account meaning your subscription will end but we keep your content live for 3 months so you can always jump back in, re-subscribe and start again where you were
Or you can pause your subscription by letting us know when you will be back and we will keep everything running for you until your Plan is reactivated 😃
Whichever option suits you best, just let us know what you want in chat or at hello@publicate.it. We will action your request as soon as possible and drop you a message to confirm it is done.
